Brief: A modern home taking advantage of the incredible water views and bushland setting

Situated on a hillside, overlooking a river and in a bushland setting, this architect-designed multi-level home called for a bright, modern interior.

The three metre long island bench is the heart of the home and overlooks the incredible views. Light timber veneer wraps around the kitchen island, its colour carefully selected to tie in with the skinny trees of the outdoors. The interior column mimics the natural sandstone the home is built on and a grey and white palette keeps things modern.
